All of our homes are designed to offer:

LOCATION
Life Skillz operates supported accommodation across South East London, positioned in accessible and community-focused neighbourhoods. Exact locations are provided to referring professionals and residents after approval for safeguarding reasons.
Accommodation type
Life Skillz offers a variety of accommodation types, including furnished and unfurnished en-suite rooms and self-contained studios (subject to availability). Residents are responsible for service charge payments, while eligible housing costs are usually met through benefit entitlement
Agreement
Accommodation is offered under a License Agreement. Lengths of stay usually range from 12 to 24 months and may vary according to assessed needs, support requirements and move-on readiness.
Security
All properties are fitted with secure access systems and CCTV in designated communal entry areas to promote safety. Homes are routinely checked and well-maintained, with strong safeguarding and quality-assurance measures in place to support resident safety and wellbeing.
